Refund Policy

Welcome to Nlightco;

• We are devoted to giving you a hassle-free return since we realize that a product may occasionally fall short of your needs or expectations.
• Upon receipt of your purchase, you automatically have the right to request a refund within 10 days of delivery. A copy of your original receipt or order confirmation is required, and the item(s) must be returned in its original shipping boxes, packing materials and condition to be eligible for a refund.
• Such returns are not eligible for reimbursement of the shipping fees incurred for the initial purchase. We will pay for return postage if the product(s) were flawed or damaged when it was delivered.
• Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will issue a refund for the amount of the product and tax to the original method of payment used for the purchase in next 5 business days.
• Please note that installed products with cut wires, damaged and scratched glass, frame or body will be subject to a $50 USD. Returns with loose crystals are subject to a $50 USD fee.
• The original payment method that was used to make the transaction will be utilized to receive refunds. Please process a refund within 10 business days.
