Our Return Policy

We can understand how difficult it is to choose a product online; you might fear getting the wrong product. But don’t worry because we stand behind every product we sell. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can quickly return it to us within 30 days of delivery. There are some conditions for returning the product; remember that not all products are eligible for return.  Note:  Return is not acceptable after the 30 days of purchase. Online product return

Orders placed via an online marketplace like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or Google Shopping are not accepted and are applicable for store returns. To return, you need to log into your online marketplace account and make a return. You can only return your products for free in the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, free return is not applicable on freight, daily sales, designs with giclee art shades, color plus and Tiffany color plush brand items, open box items, or certain items with designer shades. Pick-up service is not applicable on the free return; you must take your package to a drop-off location and pick it up once your return is completed.

Item return at Nlightco

  • All the items purchased from Nlightco are applicable for return within 30 days of purchase.
  • To proceed with your return, contact us with your online order number and the store location you will use to make your return.
  • The items shipped to Canada are not applicable for free return; you are responsible for covering all the charges related to return shipping on orders delivered to Canada.
  • We don’t accept open box purchases, furniture and rug purchases, giclee and color plus items.
  • Must be packed in the original packaging; a minimum $50 or 10% fee will be applied if the product is altered or has cut wires.
