We want you to be delighted with your purchase from our business. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Alternatively, you can bring your products to the warehouse or send them to us via mail for returns (the purchaser pays to ship). Returns are handled quickly here! We're sorry, but we can't accept returns in the following circumstances:

• Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery only.
• All returned items must be sent back to us using the original shipping boxes and packing materials.
• Include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item(s) were damaged or defective.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will issue a refund for the amount of the product and tax to the original method of payment used for the purchase in next 5 business days.
• Please note that installed products with cut wires, damaged and scratched glass, frame or body will be subject to a $50 USD. Returns with loose crystals are subject to a $50 USD fee.
